Please follow the easy 3-step process to complete your booking with The Amazing Hunt:
- Submit your booking information via our form. Please fill in all the required areas before submitting. If you have sent out your booking information but have not being contacted by us within 48-hours, please give us a call at 1-778-889-5357.
- Have your organizer to schedule a meeting with our representative. You can arrange a meeting with us in Downtown Vancouver area or Metrotown area.
- During the meeting, the organizer will fill out an application form, sign a release and waiver and pay for the deposit or full payment for your event. We can only accept your payment in cash, money order or cheque payable to the order of Bill Lin. Due to all fairness, we will only process your booking after you have completed the meeting in a first come first serve basis.
By submitting my booking information to The Amazing Hunt, I declare that I have read, understand and agreed to the payment and cancellation policy.
I have agreed to provide my payment to The Amazing Hunt in cash, money order, or cheque payable to the order of Bill Lin. If The Amazing Hunt has not received the deposit or full payment 7-days prior to my preferred event date or at the initial meeting with our organizer, there will be an additional $100 booking fee charge. In addition, The Amazing Hunt reserves the right to ask my group to provide 50% of the full payment as deposit depending on the group size.
I understand that I may postpone my event to another date if the original event date does not work for my group. The new event date must be within the same calendar year of the original preferred event date. Otherwise, I have agreed to forfeit my deposit and any additional booking fee. In addition, by cancelling the event, I have also agreed to forfeit my deposit and any additional booking fee.
